We offer assembly and sub-assembly services including kitting and full product supply. Typical assembly operations are detailed below.

Valves

We have considerable experience in the assembly of valves, including actuators, which includes spring inserts, piston assembly and seal installation. The typical ratio of parts made by Dawn Fire Ltd and those brought in is 7 out of 10.

Pressurised Gas Cylinders

For a number of years now we have assembled and filled Nitrogen gas cylinders for use in the fire protection industry.

Sub-Contracted Parts

Where parts have been sub-contracted through Dawn Fire such as sheetmetal, wire cut components or pressings we are able to undertake component assembly to customer specification.
