We offer CNC milling services for billets up to 600mm x 250mm x 250mm in most materials including steel, brass, aluminium and plastics for both large and small batches.

Our extensive milling capacity and many decades of experience ensures a first class service for the manufacture of precision components for all our clients.

Using our modern equipment allows us to machine both small and large components such as tube, square & rectangular sections.

Operations

We undertake all CNC milling operations including pocketing, drilling, tapping, boring, form milling and radiusing with a range of optional surface finishes. Secondary operations such as deburring and chamfering can also be undertaken.
